Background

Studio 3:16, a prominent player in the educational sector, sought to enhance its CRM capabilities within the HubSpot platform. They required a sophisticated solution to streamline their data management processes, particularly in managing relationships between standard and custom objects in their CRM system.

The Challenge

The primary challenge involved integrating additional custom objects into Studio 3:16's existing database. This task called for the disassociation of existing standard object data at scale and reassociating the same data as custom objects, particularly across contacts, companies, and deals. The existing system was full of redundancies and demanded excessive manual labor, leading to inefficiencies.

Key Actions

FitzMartin, in collaboration with Studio 3:16, developed a custom code workflow within HubSpot’s Operations Hub. The solution centered around creating a system where a 'Superintendent' (a standard object categorized as a Contact) could be dynamically associated with a 'Diocese' (a custom object). Additionally, the Company object, representing a School within a Diocese, needed to be linked to the Superintendent.

The team at FitzMartin crafted a custom code comprising 78 lines. This code resolved the data association challenge in one comprehensive action. It was designed to recognize and utilize unique identifiers that could seamlessly operate across various objects in the CRM. This approach enabled the automated disassociation and reassociation of data, tailored specifically to meet the specific needs of entities operating in the educational sector.

The Outcome & Benefits

The custom code effectively eliminated the need for manual data handling, significantly reducing redundancy and improving overall efficiency. The solution also created a more structured approach to managing religious education data, a critical component for Studio 3:16.

FitzMartin’s expertise in tailoring the buyer’s journey experience and their methodology in leveraging best practices across various industries proved invaluable. Their solution was not only effective for Studio 3:16's specific needs, but it also demonstrated the versatility of FitzMartin’s approach, being adaptable across different CRM platforms and industries.

Conclusion:

The successful implementation of the custom code workflow in Studio 3:16's HubSpot portal marked a significant milestone in CRM data management. It underscored FitzMartin's ability to deliver tailored, technology-enables solutions that resonate across industry verticals, reinforcing their position as a versatile and innovative solutions provider.
